Description
Our speaker will be Courtney J. Ensslin, MD, FAAD, FACMS, presenting “Not Just Another Bump in the Road: Rare Tumors Disguised as Benign Lesions.”
Dr. Ensslin is Director of Skin Cancer Surgery at the Blavatnik Family Chelsea Medical Center and Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She has extensive experience in Mohs surgery, skin cancer surgery, and complex dermatologic surgery.
Maryland Dermatologic Society (MDS) fall and spring Clinical Conferences an annual event hosted by Maryland's two leading academic centers—the University of Maryland Department of Dermatology and Johns Hopkins.
This is a unique conference where community dermatologists, residents, and researchers connect, collaborate, and learn. The meeting provides CME credits, patient case presentations, and expert-led keynote speakers from Maryland, across the country, and world. The fall meeting features the Bahram Sina, MD, Lectureship, an endowed annual presentation in honor of the late Dr. Bahram Sina.

Directions and Parking
The meeting is in the SMC Campus Center, 2nd floor of the University of Maryland’s School of Nursing building: 621 W. Lombard St, Baltimore, MD 21201.
Pratt Street Garage
- Park in the Pratt Street Garage. The garage connected directly to the SMC Campus Center.
- Park, take the stairs, or elevators to the garage's THIRD FLOOR.
- Our meeting space is right through the entrance.
- A security officer will be on hand to grant entry to attendees who do not have a UMD One Card.
Street Entrance
The event can also be accessed via the School Nursing Building’s SMC entrance at 621 Lombard Street. The staircase in the atrium leads directly to the SMC Campus Center on the 2nd floor. Elevator access is also available.
The event will provide parking validation for attendees who park in the Pratt Street Garage (646 W Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21201). Please note that parking validation will only be provided to attendees who RSVP before the end of day Friday, October 9th.
